Matt Marshall – Director of Biblical Care

Matt is honored to walk alongside those who are suffering or struggling, and to equip others to do the same. This ministry begins at home with his wife, Sarah, and their three kids. Together they try to grow some of their own food, read good books, play board games, and keep learning new things.
Matt’s ministry experience includes serving as a youth minister, providing care to people with mental and physical disabilities, and counseling for six years at the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF), where he also managed the intake department and served as the Interim Director of Counseling Ministries. Matt received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary.
One of Matt’s greatest joys is to see people draw closer to Jesus in the midst of some of the hardest seasons of their lives, and one of his greatest desires is to support local pastors and their congregations in learning how to care for one another well. At NCCF, he has the privilege of doing both.
Kate Clark – Director of Operations

In addition to her role with NCCF where she manages the office, appointments, finances, and all written communication, Kate is mom to four busy kids. She volunteers at their schools as she is able. She also helps run the women’s ministry in her church and leads a women’s small group.
Her passion is to see women come to grasp that they are seen and embraced by a loving Father, and that finding their identity in Him is crucial to the way that they live.
Kate’s previous experience includes mentoring women in ministry, volunteering at a pregnancy resource center, and teaching elementary school. Kate graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelor of Science in English Literature and Elementary Education.
Kate enjoys New Hampshire’s mountains in all seasons, skiing and hiking as often as she gets the chance. Sometimes she even lets the kids come along.
Interns
Hannah McNeel

As someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and growing alongside others, Hannah is excited to be interning with NCCF. She has extensive experience working with elementary students through young adults, having earned a Middle Childhood Education degree from Cedarville University and regularly serving in children, youth, and young adult ministries at her churches over the years. She also enjoys connecting with people of all generations through her church and community.
Hannah and her husband, Ryan, co-lead the youth group at Countryside Community Church in Hopkinton. Married in 2022, they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first baby—a girl—in March 2026. Together, they enjoy making good food (he’s better at cooking, she’s better at baking), playing board games, and hosting impromptu gatherings with friends.
When not working remotely as a copy editor or completing Christian Counseling and Education Foundation classes in preparation for care ministry, Hannah enjoys running, drawing, and eating plenty of ice cream.
Ryan McNeel

Humbled by the opportunity to serve God and others, Ryan is excited to begin his internship at NCCF, providing people a safe space to process raw emotions and walk with them as they draw closer to God. Ryan entered the blue-collar trades straight from high school and has over ten years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Along the way, he has encountered many situations where people faced hard seasons and has walked alongside them through those challenges.
With his wife, Hannah, Ryan co-leads the youth group at their home church, Countryside Community in Hopkinton, NH, where he also served on the tech team for four years. He enjoys connecting with all generations of his church family, hosting weekly pond hockey in winter, and playing on the church softball team in summer—unique ways to build community.
In early 2026, Ryan and Hannah eagerly anticipate the arrival of their first child, a daughter, and he looks forward to being a dad who shares fishing and sports with her.

Tim brings a lifetime of experience, faith, and compassion to his work with others. He holds an associate’s degree in professional photography and multiple certificates in mental health counseling, including the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation’s Formation Certificate. His professional background centers on helping people, particularly children and adolescents. Tim currently serves as a substitute teacher in the Kearsarge Regional School District and previously worked as a behavioral health counselor and in insurance sales.
Tim has extensive experience at Camp Sentinel, dating back to 1987, and has long been involved in church youth ministry. He has also served his community as a soccer and baseball coach and currently serves as a deacon in his church.
Tim and his wife are parents to a large blended family with 13 children and 14 grandchildren. He enjoys time outdoors with family and two dogs. Tim is especially drawn to walking alongside those facing depression, loss, and addiction as he continues to grow in caring for others through Christ.
